Concessions are available for disabled patrons – please ask for details when booking and mention if you require a particular seat. All concessions are limited and subject to availability.
There are limited spaces for wheelchairs in HighTide Festival venues. Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking if you require a wheelchair space. When you arrive at the theatre, please make yourself known to a member of the Front of House team.
Hard of Hearing and Partially Sighted Patrons
If you are hard-of-hearing or partially sighted and would prefer a seat closer to the stage at your booked performance, please inform the Box Office when booking tickets.
Assistance dogs can be taken into venues, but please tell the Box Office when booking your seat that you have an assistance dog, and intend to bring them to the performance.

We supply large print freesheets for all performance of HighTide Productions at the Festival, do just ask.
