Talks

Join us and the Writers’ Guild of Great Britain (WGGB) with the support of the Esmée Fairbairn Reinvent Performing Arts Fund, at our series of FREE lunchtime talks with sector leaders including Amanda Parker (Inc Arts), Annette Mees (Head of Royal Opera House AudienceLab) and Paddy Dillon (Chair of the Theatres Trust); and internationally acclaimed playwrights including Chinoyerem Odimba, Eve Leigh, Dawn King and Steve Waters.

Across three pre-recorded panel conversations, each followed by a live Q&A for attenders, our panellists will explore topics of Anti-Racism, Innovation and Sustainability / Climate Justice considering especially how writers can respond to these themes in their work and practice; and how institutions can better support this journey.

These talks are intended to spark discussion about how we build back better and to celebrate this we are delighted to share this performance of City Was A Garden by writer, poet and artist on commission Debris Stevenson.
