Nicole is a queer, neurodiverse, Indo-Guyanese playwright from London.  Her playwriting training includes The Royal Court Writer’s Group, and Central School of Speech and Drama’s writing MA. 

Nicole’s plays have been on at several theatres including The Arcola, The Bunker and Southwark Playhouse. They have received recognition from several playwriting competitions such as The Alfred Fagon Award and Papatango.   

Throughout lockdown her monologue ‘Accidentally on Purpose’ received one of the HelloPopelei Women in Lockdown seed commissions and her play ‘Milly’s Mum’ won the M6Theatre Love in the Time of Corona competition. 

She is one of the playwrights working with The Dot Collective on ‘A Map to You’, a storytelling project for families living with dementia.

Her latest project OCO-2, a play about climate change, is informed by her experience of intersectionality.
