Book in person
You can book in person for HighTide Festival Aldeburgh via the Snape Maltings Box Office:
Aldeburgh Cinema, 52 Aldeburgh High Street, Monday to Sunday, 10am-4.30pm
Snape Maltings Concert Hall, Monday to Sunday, 10am-4.30pm.
From Monday 9 – Sunday 15 September, you can also book tickets at the HighTide Box Office, Brudenell Hotel, The Parade, Crag Path, from 9.30am until 15 minutes after the last performance of the day begins.

Collecting your tickets
Tickets can be posted free of charge until Sunday 1 September or collected from the HighTide Box Office (from Monday 9 September). Please note, tickets cannot be collected from the performance venue or from the Snape Maltings Box Office. Please make ensure you allow enough time to pick up your tickets.

Available prior to the start of the performance. Cash-only. Strictly subject to availability.

Available for Under 30, students, over 65, registered disabled, unwaged, Equity, BECTU and MU. We also offer concession price tickets to those with IP15 and IP19 postcodes on our main theatre programme: Rust, LIT, Collapsible, Since U Been Gone, Pink Lemonade and Pops.

All our Festival performance venues in Aldeburgh (excluding the Aldeburgh Beach Lookout) have step-free access and have allocated spaces for wheelchairs. Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking if you require a wheelchair space. Wheelchair access to Brudenell Hotel is via Brudenell Street.
Hard of Hearing and Partially Sighted Patrons
If you would prefer a seat closer to the stage or an aisle seat, please inform the Box Office when booking tickets.
Please inform the Box Office when booking tickets that you have an assistance dog and intend to bring them to the performance.
