Please note that the HighTide Box Office in Walthamstow Town Square Gardens opens September 18th and is open from 09:30 until 15 minutes after the last show begins every day of the Festival.
Collecting your Tickets
Up to September 1st you can opt to have your tickets posted out to you for £0.70. Tickets purchased after this time, or if you’ve chosen to collect your tickets, can be collected from the HighTide Box Office in Walthamstow Town Square Gardens from 18th September.

If you prefer a natter whilst you book, you can call us on the number above Monday – Friday from 10am to 6pm. If you call outside of these times, just leave a message and we’ll be sure to get back to you. When you call, you’ll speak with a member of the HighTide Team who have the best insights about events, hotel recommendations, where to eat and drink, and what else to do. So, give us a buzz.
If an event is sold out, please come to the HighTide Box Office on the day of the event and we will resell any returned tickets.
If an event is sold out, we will endeavour to try and resell your ticket. We can’t resell tickets for events that are not sold out.

The Mix has step-free access and allocated spaces for wheelchairs. Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking if you require a wheelchair space. There is disabled access to Maud through the neighbouring bar Ekcovision’s beer garden, however they do not have fully accessible toilets.

Getting the best seat for your needs
If you would prefer a seat closer to the stage or an aisle seat, please inform the Box Office when booking tickets.
