Our People

Lighting Designer Amy Mae works across Theatre, Dance, Site Specific and Devised performance. She designed the lighting for the acclaimed ‘Pie Shop’ version of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street which is currently playing at the Barrow Street Theatre in New York. She won the Knight of Illumination Award in 2016 for the London production, and her designs for the New York production have been nominated for the 2017 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Lighting Design and the Lucille Lortel Award for Best Lighting. Upcoming credits include Wild East (Genesis Directors Award).

She was one of the invited speakers at the 2017 Showlight Conference in Florence. Amy trained at RADA on the postgraduate Stage Electrics and Lighting Design course and has a degree in Stage Management and Performing Arts from the University of Winchester.
