Lauren is a freelance Executive Director and Producer in the performing arts. As well as working on freelance creative projects, Lauren is Chair of Theatre Ad Infinitum CIO and Interim Chief Executive of HighTide.

Lauren was previously Interim Chief Executive of Oldham Coliseum, leading a major change management programme following the loss of the organisation’s regular funding in 2022. Prior to that, Lauren was Executive Director of the Bush Theatre. Working alongside Artistic Directors Madani Younis and then Lynette Linton, she was part of a team that transformed the venue from a local theatre to a beacon of new writing in the UK.

During her time at The Bush, Lauren worked as Executive Producer on several critically acclaimed productions, including Winsome Pinnock’s Leave Taking, Red Pitch by Tyrell Williams, and Arinze Kene’s Misty, which transferred to the West End. In her final season, together with Lynette Linton, she oversaw nine commissions in a season marking the theatre’s 50th anniversary.
