Jim Pope

Jim Pope is the Artistic Director of Playing ON theatre company, bringing together mental health staff and service users to create theatre. He directed and acted in Hearing Things by Philip Osment at Omnibus Theatre, Clapham.

Other theatre includes Mr Gryce, Mr Farthing and Mr Sugden in Kes at CAST. With Mike Alfreds’ Method and Madness ensemble he performed as Andrew in Buried Alive by Philip Osment, Firs in The Cherry Orchard by Chekhov, Vogel in The Black Dahlia by James Elroy and The Narrator in Demons and Dybbuks by Isaac Bashevis Singer.

TV includes The Bill, Doctors, Casualty and Impact (directed by John Strickland).
