Our People

Louise Yule is a drama teacher, performer and artistic director for her company ‘Yule Shine’ established in 2000 and Theatretrain Ipswich. Her early years with The Ipswich Co-op Juniors saw a passion ignite for Musical Theatre and character acting which led to decades of performing in large scale productions and musicals at The Ipswich Regent, Wolsey and Wolsey studios. Her theatrical and teaching career has led to many opportunities both directing and performing at Sadlers Wells, The Royal Albert Hall, Disneyland Paris, The O2 and Loughborough open air theatre with Opera North.

She writes a wide range of scripts for young children which are performed at Seckford Theatre and the prestigious Royal Hospital school Theatre in Holbrook for the International Theatretrain Summer school. More recently Louise has returned to The Co-op Juniors Theatre company as drama tutor for The Creative Warehouse Project and LAMDA acting classes.She is excited to see the results of the creative team’s inspirational writing collaboration with High Tide.
