Our People

Milli Bhatia is a Director and Dramaturg. She has directed productions at theatres including The Royal Court, The Bush Theatre and The Young Vic. She is a Literary Associate at The Royal Court Theatre, and a Director on The Old Vic 12. 

She was Trainee Director at The Royal Court, Associate Artist at The Bush Theatre, Resident Assistant Director at Birmingham Rep and Creative Associate at The Gate Theatre. 

Her work as Director includes Olivier nominated seven methods of killing kylie jenner by Jasmine Lee-Jones (Royal Court), My White Best Friend and other letters left unsaid (Bunker/Royal Court), Dismantle This Room by Nina Segal (Bush/Royal Court), Half Full by Yasmin Joseph (Royal Court/RWCMD), and The Hijabi Monologues (Bush).

Her training includes The National Theatre’s Director’s programme and the Birkbeck Theatre Directing MFA.
