We regret to inform ticket holders that unfortunately Tim Key is cancelling his show, Tim Key: Megadate tomorrow at the HighTide Festival due to medical reasons.
Please see below a message from Tim, who wanted to send a personal apology:
“I’m really sorry, I’ve had to pull out of this gig. I have a slight medical situation and doctors have ordered me to clear everything for a few days and they know best as a rule. I’m really sorry, I wanted to do it, but alas succumbed to professional advice. Tim.”
We are very sorry to disappoint ticket holders.
We are, however, incredibly excited that Tim’s co-star in TASKMASTER, Phil Wang, has agreed to perform his Edinburgh Fringe sell out hit show, KINABULU in the same slot on Thursday 20th September.

We don’t want to inconvenience ticket holders any further. If you have booked at ticket for Tim Key:Megadate, you will be emailed by HighTide late afternoon, September 19th. If we don’t receive a reply from bookers we will assume that they are happy for their ticket(s) to be automatically updated for Phil Wang’s KINABULU. If however ticket holders would like a full refund, they should please reply to their email requesting this or call our box office line on 0207 566 9765.
